IG E-Sign provides PDF signing (PFX API, portal, and USB DSC agent workflows), GST lookup APIs, and related developer tools. Features and quotas depend on your plan.
Accounts & acceptable use
- You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard API keys and certificates.
- You are responsible for signatures applied with your credentials or tokens.
- You may not abuse rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Certificates & signatures
You warrant that you have the right to use uploaded PFX files and USB tokens. IG E-Sign processes documents on your instructions; we do not provide legal advice on signature validity for your jurisdiction or document type.
Quotas & availability
Free and paid plans include monthly signing and GST lookup quotas. We may suspend accounts that exceed limits or violate these terms. Scheduled maintenance and third-party dependencies may affect availability.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Incite Gravity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the portal or email.
