Who we are
IG E-Sign is operated by Incite Gravity (“we”, “us”). The service provides digital PDF signing, API access, USB DSC agent pairing, and GST lookup features for business customers.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, organization details, and authentication credentials.
- Usage data: API request metadata, signing audit logs (hashes, document type, client IP), and quota consumption.
- Certificate material: PFX files you upload are stored encrypted per tenant. USB token private keys are not transmitted to our servers.
- GST lookup data: GSTIN queries and responses processed through integrated partner services.
How we use information
We use collected data to provide the service, enforce quotas, maintain security, produce audit trails, and support customers. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & security
Data is retained according to your subscription and applicable law. Incite Gravity maintains ISO 27001:2022 certified security practices. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting Incite Gravity. Some records (e.g. signing audit logs) may be retained for compliance.
